and no, Santa is not bringing us a puppy.
But if you're very good, Santa may bring you a Christmas poem.
It won't have to be walked.
As Alice Roosevelt Longworth said, if you've got anything bad to say, sit next to me! No, really, please remember to be kind, and don't say anything fred's mother would not approve of (Diner's mom didn't approve of anything. Including fred.)

That is the cutest. And so well behaved to pose with the santa hat. Looking forward to reading your Christmas verses.
ReplyDeleteevery time I see Bo, I wonder who his "dog whisperer" is. He has his own Christmas video on the White House web site!
DeleteOh come on, every home needs a puppy! I love to put the plush Christmas jingle bell collar on our golden retriever. He doesn't mind the dress up but he gets annoyed with all my giggling.
ReplyDeleteThe only way we could have a puppy in our building would be if it qualified as a "Service Dog." Sometimes this rule makes me sad, and sometimes I am glad I don't have to deal with housebreaking a dog in a city apartment.
DeleteAwwww! And what's this a Christmas poem! I look forward to that.
ReplyDeletePoem is still in process, but you may enjoy the next post.
DeleteI love Bobama! Haven't seen the Christmas videos of him but looking forward to watching now. I remember the Bushes did Christmas videos of their Scottish terriers -- loved their rectangular snouts and stick Tails, and one of them was named Mrs. Beasley!
